Services

Service technicians face many challenges in today's highly competitive work environment.  To meet these challenges, service technicians must strive to be efficient, reliable, and well trained in all of the different types of plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, radon, and water treatment systems. Our service staff is perhaps the most highly trained and qualified group of technicians in the region. Unlike many other companies we spend a considerable amount of money on training, education and service programs. We ensure all our service technicians carry certifications within their occupational field and attend continuing education programs which, leads to greater efficiency and accountability.

Currently we hold certifications and licenses with Beckett National Education Program, National Oil Heat Research Alliance, Pennsylvania Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association, Allied Air Enterprises, Armstrong Air Conditioning Inc., National Center for Construction Education and Research, International Association of Electrical Inspectors, RE Michel Company Inc., Associated Builders and Contractors, U.S. Department of Labor, State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, Maryland Department of the Environment and Culligan International just to name few.  The majority of Naylors crewmembers also have prior technical school training, college, and military experience. In conclusion, our experience is complemented by the practical lessons that can only be learned through real world diagnostics, trouble shooting and installations. We hold regular meetings to discuss problems in the field and ways to solve and improve the problems, which ultimately benefits our customers. Studies show that these types of guiding principles helps improve staff morale, motivates employees, and creates a higher level of job satisfaction.
