Today's service technicians have the undaunting task of having to keep up with all of the different types of plumbing, heating / cooling , radon, and water treatment systems, the different brands, the changing and new technology, and the introduction of solid-state electronics.

Our service staff is perhaps the most highly trained and qualified group of technicians in the industry. Unlike many other companies, our service technicians will work on just about every type of equipment. That is why they are constantly upgrading their skills by attending seminars, schools, training classes, viewing video training tapes, and reviewing manufacturer's service manuals. They attend regular meetings to discuss problems in the field and ways to solve and improve the problems, which ultimately benefits our customers.

All of our service trucks are radio-dispatched and we cover a radius of 40 miles from Oakland. A plumbing specialist, a heating specialist, and a Culligan specialist are on call, 365 days a year, to handle emergency problems.
